SRS - Seller Representative
Specialist - is the premiere
seller agency designation,
conferred by the SRS Council,

completed special education in

The Accredited Buyer
Representative (ABR®)
designation is the benchmark of
excellence in buyer repre-
sentation. This coveted
designation is awarded to real
estate practitioners by the Real
Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council
(REBAC) of the National
Association of REALTORS® who
meet the specified educational
and practical experience criteria.
The e-PRO Certification Course
is an educational program unlike
any other professional
certification or designation course
available, comprehensive and
Interactive. It is sponsored by
the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION
of REALTORS® and is
specifically designed to help real
estate professionals thrive in the
competitive world of online real
estate.
CENTURION PRODUCER
In 2008 and 2010 Jabin was awarded the
prestigious CENTURION® award by CENTURY
21®. The Centurion® award is the highest honor
that the CENTURY 21® Incorporated awards to
agents based on their annual production. An agent
must represent sixty different clients in closings
through out the year.
In 2009 Jabin was awarded by the North
Carolina Association of REALTORS the
prestigious Rising Star Award. The award is
given to one nominee who has been involved in
the Real Estate Industry for less than five years
& has succeeded beyond average expectations.
